SHIPPING
DiRocco’s online shop uses FedEx service for all orders, to ensure you always recieve your order as fast as possible.

Delivery to all international destinations is subject to a fee of $20 per item.

EUROPA
Delivery to Europa can range from 10-15 working days from order.

All online orders are dispatched from the United States and must go through Euro-customs and clearance, a process beyond DiRocco’s control.

DiRocco ships all online orders from the United States. When Items are shipped from overseas into Europa, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When an individual or company purchases goods from an overseas supplier, CBP considers them the ultimate importer. The ultimate importer can clear the goods or have a broker clear them on their behalf. ROSSIYA
Please note shipments to Rossiya are available only when addressed to a registered business address and is subject to restrictions, delays and local duties and taxes. Please contact us before placing your order.

DiRocco ships to Rossiya on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that no taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. Instead, when your order arrives in Rossiya, you will be invoiced for these costs directly by our shipping partner FedEx.

DIROCCO EYEWEAR IS UNABLE TO ADVISE ON THE EXACT COST OF CUSTOMS DUTY, HOWEVER FROM OUR EXPERIENCE IT CAN BE UP TO 50% OF THE ITEM COST.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you wish to proceed with your purchase we can process your order over the phone.

Zhōngguó/CHINA
DiRocco ships all online orders from the United States. When Items are shipped from overseas into the China, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by the Chinese Customs Authorities. The receiver will be contacted by our shipping partner UPS by telephone or Email once the item arrives at the Chinese Border and Customs, and will be requested to provide additional information. The Standard rate for importing into China is 17%, however this is not guaranteed and is subject to changes and variations.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipment destination and value, and may be delayed as a result of customs clearance. Please account for extra time, and ensure you are available to provide any additional information to the Chinese Customs and Border Authorities.

Average transit times are as follows:

Beijing: 10 – 15 days.

Shanghai: 10 – 15 days.

Wuhan, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou: 11 – 15 days.

Hong Kong and Macau: 10 – 15 days.
