It is important to us at DiRocco that you are happy with your purchase, and in the case that you are not fully satisfied with the item you received you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. DiRocco is happy to offer an exchange or a refund within this period.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Returning an item is simple, just log into your DiRocco account, enter your account area on the top right hand corner and select ‘RMA’. Make sure to contact us through this section for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending the item back to us, selecting your choice between an exchange and refund. An e-mail with return instructions will follow shortly after.
DiRocco’s FedEx Return Service is track-able and hassle free, saving our customers both time and money.
To allow us to offer you this premium service, returns are charged at a reduced rate:
United States – free of charge.
European Union – €20
United Kingdom – £20
International – $20
Please note that returns that contain more than two items might face an additional charge in accordance with shipment weight.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 1-2 business days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. As soon as your return is processed, and we are confident the goods are in their original condition, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorized retailers:
• Your DiRoccoEyewear.com order number.
• Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
• Picture of your bank statement with a visible and highlighted purchase date and retailer name.
